Salmon Filets with Horseradish Dijon

Ingredients:
2 filets of fresh or frozen salmon
1/3 cup Silver Spring Prepared Horseradish
1/3 cup Dijon Mustard
1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line baking pan with aluminum foil. Place salmon filets (skin side down) in baking pan. Mix Dijon and Silver Spring horseradish and spread generously over salmon filets. Season with fresh ground pepper. Bake for 20 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork. Remove filets with metal spatula (skin should stick to foil).
