Sweet 'n Sour Meatballs or Piquant Meatballs
Ingredients:
Gravy:
12 oz bottle chili sauce
1/2 cup grape jelly
juice of 1 lemon
Meatballs:
1 pound ground turkey
1/2 pound lean ground beef
1 tablespoon Silver Spring Prepared Horseradish
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
Heat gravy ingredients in 12-inch skillet over medium heat until jelly is melted. Combine meatball ingredients. Roll into 12 balls, and place in gravy. Cover & simmer for 12 -15 minutes, basting once. Serves 4 - 6 people.
