Beef 'n Beer Burgers
Ingredients:
Basting Sauce:
¼ cup barbecue sauce
¼ cup beer
1 tablespoon Silver Spring Beer ‘n Brat Mustard
¼ cup sauerkraut, chopped
1 pound lean ground beef
Directions:
Combine marinade ingredients. Set aside. Shape beef into 4 patties and brush basting sauce generously over both sides. Cook on preheated, oiled grill, 5-7 minutes each side according to desired doneness. Baste often with remaining sauce. Serves four. May substitute turkey or chicken for beef.
