Beer'n Brat Pork Chops
Ingredients:
4 pork chops
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
¼ cup white wine
3 garlic cloves, minced
½ cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon butter
2 or 3 tablespoons Silver Spring Beer’n Brat Mustard
2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
Directions:
Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Pour olive oil into skillet and heat until hot. Place pork chops into skillet and turn heat on high. Cook pork chops, turning several times until brown. Reduce heat to medium. Add wine and garlic into skillet. Cook, turning chops twice, until wine is evaporated, about 5 minutes. Add chicken broth and turn heat to low. Cover and cook for 10 minutes turning chops once, until meat is tender, then remove chops to a serving plate. Cook pan juice or add more broth to measure about 1/3 cup. Add butter, Silver Spring Beer’n Brat Mustard and Worcestershire Sauce. Mix well. Pour sauce onto chops. Makes 4 serving
