Cranberry Turkey Rollup Appetizers
Ingredients:
6 burrito size flour tortilla shells
1 large yellow onion (diced)
1 large tomato (diced)
1 (8oz) can black olives (sliced)
1 (8oz) package of marble cheese (shredded)
½ lb deli style turkey
1 (8oz) package of cream cheese
spinach leaves
½ cup Silver Spring Cranberry Horseradish
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine cranberry horseradish with cream cheese as desired for a spreadable consistency. Wash spinach leaves, cut vegetables, and set aside. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over a tortilla shell. Top with a sprinkling of each in the following order - spinach leaves, turkey, onions, tomatoes, olives, and marbled cheese. Roll up the shell as tightly as possible. After all tortillas are prepared and rolled, refrigerate for 2 hours. Just before serving cut into 1” size pieces, arrange on a plate in a pinwheel and serve with extra Silver Spring Cranberry Horseradish for dipping.
