Grilled Pork Chops & Pineapple
Ingredients:
1 can Pineapple Slices with juice
1 8.0 jar Pineapple Apricot Horseradish
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 pounds pork chops
Directions:
Drain pineapple, reserving juice in a shallow dish. Add Pineapple Apricot Horseradish and soy sauce to pineapple juice and stir until blended. Add pork chops and turn to cover each side in juice. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for three hours. Preheat grill or broiler. Select one pineapple slice per pork chop. Remove pork chops from marinade and pour marinade into saucepan on low heat. Place one slice of pineapple on each pork chop and place on grill. Grill pork chops/pineapple, basting with marinade, about 10 minutes per side. Serve over rice if desired.
