Judy Christensen is our Director of Food Safety and R&D and Certified Food Scientist at Silver Spring Foods. She has extensive knowledge in food safety regulations, food labeling, and new product recipe development! Judy works directly with her team to improve recipes and make them taste better, which is one of the main reasons she loves being a part of the Zing Masters™ experts.

When she’s not developing Silver Spring Foods recipes, you can find Judy hunting, fishing, reading, cooking, and watching Hallmark movies.

Judy like to enjoy horseradish is in a bloody mary, deviled eggs, or added to a cold dip. 
One of her favorite Silver Spring products in our Stone Ground Mustard, which she says is great for adding to deviled eggs or is perfect when used as a binder when smoking meats.
