Research and Development/Technical Services Manager
Judy Christensen is our Research and Development/Technical Services Manager and Certified Food Scientist at Silver Spring Foods. She has extensive knowledge in product development, food safety regulations, food labeling, and processing capabilities. Judy consistently works to improve recipes and make them taste better, which is one of the main reasons she loves being a part of the Zing Masters™ experts. When she’s not developing Silver Spring Foods recipes, you can find Judy cooking and baking her own concoctions. One of her favorite meals that includes horseradish is a roast beef sandwich with smoky horseradish sauce.
