Garlic Parmesan Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp. garlic (minced)
- 1 package mushrooms
- 1 shallot (minced)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- ¼ cup breadcrumbs
- 4 oz cream cheese
- ¼ cup Silver Spring Garlic Parmesan Aioli
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ cup parmesan (grated)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Hollow out the middle of the mushrooms. Dice the middle of the mushrooms and add to a pan on medium heat with garlic, shallots, and olive oil.
- Cook until mushrooms are soft and garlic is fragrant.
- In a medium size bowl, add parsley, breadcrumbs, cream cheese, Silver Spring Garlic Parmesan Aioli, salt and pepper and cooked mushrooms.
- Mix well then fill each mushroom with the mixture. Place on a greased baking sheet and top with grated parmesan cheese
- Bake at 375 F for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted. Broil for 1 minute if additional color is desired.
