Roast Beef Bistro Crostini

Ingredients:
- ¼ cup Silver Spring Horseradish Bistro Aioli
- 1 crusty baguette, sliced
- 2 tbsp oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 pound roast beef, thinly sliced
- microgreens or chives
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Arrange your baguette slices on baking sheets. Brush both sides with oil, and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake until golden (about 15 minutes).
- Spread a tablespoon of Silver Spring Horseradish Bistro Aioli on top of each piece of bread.
- Top with a slice of roast beef.
- Add microgreens on top and more Silver Spring Horseradish Bistro Aioli.
