Ingredients:
- 2¼ cups au jus
- 3 cups beef broth
- 2¼ - 3 pounds deli roast beef, sliced
- 6 Kummelweck rolls
- Silver Spring Prepared Horseradish (to taste)
Directions:
- Heat au jus and beef broth in a pan until simmering.
- Add roast beef and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Lightly toast the cut sides of the Kimmelweck rolls under the broiler.
- Divide the beef among the rolls, add Silver Spring Prepared Horseradish (to taste), and top with the other half of the Kummelweck rolls.
- Serve with au jus for dipping.
