Brie and Cranberry Horseradish Crostini

Ingredients:
For the Crostini Base:- 1 large French baguette, sliced into ½ inch rounds
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- 4 oz Brie cheese, sliced
- ¼ cup Silver Spring Cranberry Horseradish
- ¼ cup toasted pecans, chopped
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary, leaves only
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Brush baguette rounds with butter and olive oil mixture and toast for 5-6 minutes.
- Place a slice of Brie cheese on each crostini and return to the oven for 1-2 minutes, until the Brie is warmed.
- Top each Brie crostini with 2 teaspoons of Silver Spring Cranberry Horseradish, a sprinkle of chopped pecans, and a few rosemary leaves. Serve immediately.
