Creamy Garlic Parmesan Brussel Sprouts and Bacon

Ingredients:
- 8 ounces bacon (diced)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 yellow onion (diced small)
- 5 cloves garlic (minced)
- ½ cup Silver Spring Garlic Parmesan Aioli
- ½ cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 bags brussel sprouts (halved)
- ½ cup mozzarella (shredded)
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese (shredded)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 450 F.
- Add the brussel sprouts to a sheet pan and season with salt and pepper to taste. Roast for 20 minutes or until crispy.
- While the brussel sprouts are roasting fry the bacon in a large pan until crispy. Remove bacon from pan and drain most of the bacon fat leaving 1-2 tablespoons
- Melt the butter and add the onion and garlic. Cooking until fragrant and onion is transparent.
- Add Silver Spring Garlic Parmesan Aioli and heavy cream. Let simmer until desired thickness. About 5 minutes
- Add the bacon and Brussel sprouts and mix thoroughly.
- Top with cheese and place under broiler until cheese is bubbling 2-3 minutes.
