Silver Spring Applewood Smoke Flavored Horseradish Sauce or Cream Style Horseradish

2 tbsp Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:
Preheat grill. Make sure the grates are well oiled prior to cooking to reduce sticking.
Rub steaks with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Grill steaks, turning every 5-8 minutes until they are cooked to preference. Use a food thermometer to test. It’s recommended to cook steaks to at least 145 degrees F.
Remove from grill, cover with foil and let rest 5 minutes.
Cut steaks into bite-sized cubes. Skewer 3 pieces and drizzle with Silver Spring Applewood Horseradish or dip in Silver Spring Cream Style Horseradish.
