Holiday Mini Cheese Ball Trio
Made With: Applewood Smoke Flavored Horseradish, Chipotle Mustard, Everything Bagel Mustard

Ingredients:
- 4 - 8oz packs of cream cheese
- 1 - 8oz block sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 - 8oz block fontina or gruyere cheese
- 2 TBLS Silver Spring Chipotle Mustard
- 2 TBLS Silver Spring Everything Bagel Mustard
- 2 TBLS Silver Spring Applewood Smoked Horseradish
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp black or white pepper (divided)
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ lb. thin-cut bacon strips (cooked and crumbled)
- 6 large jalapenos (finely diced)
- 1 small jar of Everything but the Bagel seasoning
Directions:
- Soften cream cheese at room temperature and grate sharp cheddar and fontina (or) gruyere cheeses. Mix the cream cheese and shredded cheese and portion into three bowls.
- Very finely chop cooked bacon strips and set aside.
- Very finely chop fresh jalapenos and set aside.
- Stir remaining ingredients into each cheese ball base as follows, form into balls and roll to coat.
Everything Bagel Cheese Balls
- Add 2 tablespoons of Silver Spring Everything Bagel Mustard to one of the cheese ball base portions. Stir to combine. Chill for 30 minutes to one hour.
- Form into 1” diameter balls. Roll cheese balls in Everything but the Bagel seasoning.
Smoky Bacon Cheese Balls
- Add 2 tablespoons of Silver Spring Applewood Smoked Horseradish, ½ teaspoon black pepper , onion powder, and paprika to the second cheese ball base portion. Stir to combine. Chill for 30 minutes to one hour.
- Form into 1” diameter balls. Roll cheese balls in finely crumbled bacon.
Jalapeno Cheese Balls
- Add 2 tablespoons of Silver Spring Chipotle Mustard, ½ teaspoon white or black pepper, and garlic powder to the third portion of cheese ball base. Stir to combine. Chill for 30 minutes to one hour.
- Form into 1” diameter balls. Roll cheese balls in finely diced jalapenos.
Refrigerate the cheese balls until serving, at least one hour. Serve with cheese knives and assorted crackers.
