Ingredients:
- 9.5 oz bottle of Silver Spring Foods Dijon Mustard
- 4 thin sliced Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
- ½ cup Honey
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
Directions:
Combine Silver Spring Dijon Mustard, Honey, and Garlic together in small bowl and stir.
Set aside ¼ cup in refrigerator for brushing on later after the chicken has grilled.
Add chicken breasts to gallon freezer bag, and pour remaining sauce mixture into the bag.
Toss and turn until all pieces of chicken have been coated well with marinade.
Place in the refrigerator, to marinate for several hours or overnight, flipping and turning several times.
When you're ready for dinner, remove the chicken from the bag, toss the marinade out, and get ready to grill!
Grill your pre-marinated chicken on the grill outside {approx. 8 minutes on each side at 400 degrees, or until done}, or grill on a grill pan inside.
If you’re not ready to cook it yet… after adding the chicken and marinade to the bag, place directly in the freezer for some pre-marinated chicken later! When you're ready to cook, just pull out of the freezer, defrost in the fridge… letting all of the yummy flavors soak into the chicken, and grill it up!
