Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp Silver Spring Sassy Horseradish Sauce
- 1 bunch Asparagus
- 1 clove Garlic, chopped
- 1 medium red Onion, chopped
- 1 box Rigatoni Pasta
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
- Oil
- 3/4 cups Half & Half
Directions:
Watch the "How-To" Video Here!Pick a spear from bunch of asparagus. Hold on both ends and bend until it breaks. Chop the rest of asparagus to match first piece. Cut into smaller 1 inch pieces if desired. In a sauce pan, par boil asparagus for 3 minutes, then drain. Place in an ice bath to stop the cooking process.
In a stock pot, add water & salt and bring to a boil. Add rigatoni and cook per instructions on package.
Over medium heat, add oil to a sauce pan. Saute garlic & onion until tender and translucent. Add asparagus & Silver Spring Sassy Horseradish Sauce. Cook for about 3 minutes. Add half & half, reduce to low heat. Add salt & pepper to taste, stir. Add cooked rigatoni and stir to coat.
Serve & enjoy! Great as a meal or a side dish along salmon, chicken and more!
