1 cup mixed seafood (shrimp, scallops, and crab meat)
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: red pepper flakes for heat
FOR TAPENADE
1/2 cup finely chopped black and green olives
2 tablespoons Silver Spring Prepared Horseradish
2 tablespoons finely chopped Italian parsley
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1/4 fresh lemon, squeezed
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
Transfer the dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush outer ring of crust with olive oil.
Spread a layer of Silver Spring Tartar Sauce over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
Arrange the mixed seafood and red bell pepper on top.
Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
While pizza is baking, create homemade tapenade by mixing together chopped olives, Silver Spring Prepared Horseradish, Italian parsley, extra virgin olive oil, and freshly squeezed lemon.
Remove from the oven. Sprinkle homemade tapenade over pizza and serve with additional Silver Spring Tartar Sauce for dipping.
