Spinach and Artichoke Flatbread

Ingredients:
- 10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 13 oz artichoke hearts (quartered in water), drained
- 3 large flat bread
- 1/4 Silver Spring Garlic Parmesan Aioli
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
- Combine spinach, artichoke hearts, and Silver Spring Garlic Parmesan Aioli in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly.
- Add the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese to the bowl. Mix again.
- Divide mixture between the 3 pieces of flatbread evenly, and spread on top of each bread.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and slightly golden brown. Cut into slices and enjoy.
