Ingredients:
- 2 lb thinly sliced roast beef
- 1 lb thinly sliced tomatoes
- 1c Shredded cheddar cheese
- 2c Lettuce shreds
- 12 Thin slices of tomato
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp Silver Spring Beer'n Brat Mustard
- 2 tbsp Silver Spring Prepared Horseradish
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Directions:
- Warm up deli sliced roast beef on skillet. Spread cheese on top of beef to slightly melt it.
- While warming beef, make spread by combining sour cream, Beer'n Brat Mustard, Silver Spring Horseradish, salt and pepper.
- Place spread on tortilla wrap.
- Spread the warm beef slices and cheese on the wrap evenly.
- Cover beef and cheese with 3 thinly sliced tomatoes.
- Spread shredded lettuce on top.
- Spoon some of the spread on top of lettuce.
- Salt and Pepper. Then wrap it up.
- Quickly press in panini oven for light toast.
