Ingredients:
- 1 head green cabbage
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons Silver Spring Cranberry or Beet Horseradish
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Silver Spring Dijon Mustard
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- ½ tsp celery salt
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Remove core of cabbage and slice thinly.
- Shred carrots.
- Mix mayonnaise, Silver Spring Cranberry Horseradish, vinegar, Silver Spring Dijon Mustard, sugar, celery salt, garlic, salt and pepper in a bowl.
- Mix dressing, cabbage, and carrots together.
- Enjoy!
