Grilled Chicken Tender Melt

Ingredients:
- 1 lb Chicken Tenders, breaded or grilled
- Silver Spring Honey Chipotle Aioli
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 4 slices of Cheese of choice
- 4 slices of Bread of choice
- 1-2 tbsp Butter or Olive Oil (for toasting bread)
- Optional toppings: Sliced tomatoes, spinach, onions, etc.
Directions:
- In a bowl, toss the chicken tenders with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and olive oil. Make sure each piece is evenly coated.
- Preheat a grill pan, regular grill, or pan over medium-high heat. Grill or cook chicken tenders for 3-4 minutes per side or until fully cooked and golden brown. Remove from heat.
- Place a slice of cheese on one piece of bread, then layer a few chicken tenders on top. Add any optional ingredients (tomatoes, spinach, onions) of choice. Top with another slice of cheese, then close the sandwich with another slice of bread.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter or add a drizzle of olive oil. Place the sandwich in the skillet, pressing gently with a spatula. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted.
- Cut in half if desired, and serve hot. Drizzle on or dip in some Silver Spring Honey Chipotle Aioli. Enjoy!
