Ingredients:
- your favorite store bought pizza dough or make your own with the following:
- 1 cup warm water (110 degrees F)
- 1 package active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon white sugar
- 2 ½ cups bread flour
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- shredded mozzarella cheese
- dill pickle slices
- 1 container (8oz) French Onion Dip
- ½ cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoons dill pickle relish
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp dried dill
- 2 tbsp Silver Spring Cream Style Horseradish
Directions:
- To make pizza dough whisk together warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let sit for 5 minutes or until foamy.
- Add flour, olive oil, and salt.
- Mix until a smooth elastic dough forms.
- Place in a greased bowl and cover for 30 minutes.
- While dough is resting preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Next, create the Spicy Dill Pickle pizza sauce by combining French onion dip, sour cream, relish, garlic powder, dill, and Silver Spring Cream Style Horseradish in a mixing bowl. Set aside.
- Roll dough out on a floured surface until desired thickness and size is reached.
- Top pizza dough with Spicy Dill Pickle pizza sauce.
- Top with shredded cheese and dill pickles
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is melted.
- Garnish with fresh dill or drizzle extra Spicy Dill Pickle pizza sauce.
